Call 2 Care is always in need of new venues to host our popular Paint & Sip experience. This unique event, not only get's feet through the door, creates exposure and generates income for your venue, but also raises funds towards all of Call 2 Care's Community Development Initiatives, the perfect win-win model for all our venue partners. 

 

WHAT IS PAINT & SIP?

Getting Creative while Giving Back 

Paint & Sip  uncorks creativity as an experienced local artist takes guests step by step through a process of creating a masterpiece, with good food, good wine and good company, all for a good cause.  

Paint & Sip sessions are held several times a month for 2 hours a session, and are tailored to all levels - from participants who have never picked up a paintbrush before to advanced artists. 

The formula is simple - the more they sip, the easier it gets!

Increased Sales

Up and above the per person cost of the meal, wine, and gratuity fee, all additional drink  sales are bought directly from the venue.  

Additional Exposure

All our ​events are listed on Facebook & Quicket with a combined exposure of hundreds of thousands potential clients.

Free Advertising 

We advertise all our Paint & Sip events and venues on ​all our social media channels with a reach of thousands of potential clients with every event campaign.  

A Private Event Artist

All our venue partners become our preferred venues for private Paint & Sip Corporate teambuilds, year end functions, birthdays and bachelorette parties.   

Feet through the Door

Our Paint & Sip events can fall on a day that your venue does not get ​optimum patronage, or on a day that the restaurant is closed to up your monthly sales and increase feet through the door. 

Increased Regulars

Our loyal participants will in turn become regular clientele of your venue, and we be back for breakfasts, family meals and other special events. 

Value Add to Clients 

Your venue can now proudly offer a value-added experience to your existing clientele.  

Advertising Materia

After every event a photo gallery of all participants will be posted to our social media channels and website, with acknowledgment to all our venue partners.

WHAT ARE THE VENUE PARTNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS?

What we offer: 

At each event we will provide:

  •  Easels & canvases

  •  All art equipment 

  •  A professional artist 

  •  Protective table cloths 

  •  Protective drop sheets

  •  Call 2 Care staff to set up and set down and introduce the experience to our guests.  

  • Payment after the event with a Credit Card 

What is needed: 

All venue partners provide:

 

  •  An open space to comfortably seat 50+ patrons 

  •  Tables & Chairs 

  •  A per person cost for a meal and a glass or wine 

  •  A menu with selection of meals that fit into the cost provided

  • Sufficient amount of Waitrons to assist on the day of the event

  •  An area for the artist to present her piece, and space for a projector and microphone
